ytd no time to type this down, so i delayed it to today...
randy and i went to sembawang music center last sun to buy a 3-cd pack, and when i tested it, 1 out of the 3 cds not working -.-' obviously i got mad, furthermore, i alr threw away the receipt, walao got so suay ma, all the times i test cd then throw away receipt, nvr had a prob with the cds, and then now when i throw away receipt 1st one cd bent out of shape, sian.
i called up randy and we went on sunday(ytd) to the shop to try and get a new set. the 1st sales assistant we met was eating a pao and then show us attitude sia walao eh. he say we no receipt cannot get anythin back, then his tone was like not happy to help us lidat. pek chek sia, then nvm lor, we guai lan him back. just in time when randy abt to explode, the manager came out and said that he saw us buy the cd last sun and said can change. then he told us no nid get so worked up. i was like u tell ur sales assistant to change his attitude 1st then tell cust not to get so worked up lar, but of cos nvr say that lar. change new cd liao i ask the manager to immed test out all 3 cds there and then. now all 3 working so its settled then.
i now scared to go back to sembawang music liao sia with this kind of sales assistant....haiz
